Yes – a £200.00 to £400 (depending on size/type of vehicle) deposit is payable by any Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card. The deposit will be returned to your card on the day that you return your hire vehicle ( takes 3 – 5 working days to appear back on your statement)

Yes you can pay cash for your hire – however the deposit must be paid by card

Yes this is fine – Payments can be made over the phone or by bank transfer – we will email a VAT  invoice to you .

All our vans are diesel , van goes out with  a quarter of a tank , van comes back with a quarter of a tank

Please bring your drivers licence , and either NI number or licence check code from the DVLA , minimum hiring age is 23 years , with at least one years driving experience required. Maximum age is 69 years. (There is a small additional charge if driver has less than 24 months driving experience or is aged 23-24 )

 Please also bring photo ID ( eg passport ) if your licence is the old paper type. Please also show us a letter or something on your phone with current home address . you can email this info in advance of your rental if you wish.

If you are covering our vehicle on your insurance please bring in or email your insurance details and there are no drivers age restrictions providing your policy will cover the driver.

No . However if you have had a driving ban we cannot hire to you until after 3 years from the end of your ban.

Don’t worry – all of our vehicles are fully covered by the RAC – you will find the membership card  in the bottom left hand corner of the windscreen – number to call is 0333 2023000  and just quote the vehicle registration.

No – we do not allow continental hires

Please call or e-mail immediately  with details of the accident including all third party details. Please also take photos of the accident scene and damage to each vehicle There will be  an insurance excess payable of £1000 (£1500 for 7.5t vehicles) although you can pay a small additional premium at the time of hire to reduce the excess to £250 (£500 for 7.5t vehicles)
