At your request a dedicated Account Manager will be appointed to exceed your expectations. Monthly meetings or contact as requested by yourselves can be tailored to suit your requirements.
Maintenance & Breakdown support
Any PFB vehicle can be supplied with a copy of the latest safety inspection, MOT certificate etc at the time of hire - if required please request that as the time of booking. You will be contacted by a member of our Service department prior to any inspection becoming due and this can be arranged at your premises at a time to suit you. Copies of any safety inspection or MOT documents can be requested at any time, we will be happy to fax or email documents as required.
If you are unfortunate enough to suffer a puncture or require breakdown assistance you can speak to an operator 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling our maintenance department on 0121 567 3671.

Nationwide Delivery & Collection Service
Any rental vehicle can be delivered to an address of your choice, anywhere in the UK, providing you have a PFB Credit Account - please contact us for further details.
Vehicle & Driver Services
Any PFB vehicle can be supplied with a qualified helpful driver - chargeable on an hourly basis. All drivers will load and unload the vehicle and are equipped with a mobile phone for instant contact. LGV, PCV and ADR qualified drivers available. For further details please contact our Rental Team.
