Renting a vehicle from PFB is just the start of the relationship.  We offer a very comprehensive after sales backup service that is second to none.  At your request a dedicated Account Manager will be appointed to exceed your expectations.  Monthly meetings or contact as requested by yourselves can be tailored to suit your requirements.
 
Maintenance & Breakdown support
 
Any PFB vehicle can be supplied with a copy of the latest safety inspection, MOT certificate etc at the time of hire – if required please request this at the time of booking.  You will be contacted by a member of our service department prior to any inspection becoming due and this can be arranged at your premises at a time to suit you.  Copies of any safety inspection or MOT documents can be requested at any time, we will be happy to fax or email documents as required.  Alternatively this information can be set up on our Contract Hire website for you to view at any time.  Please click the following link to view a demonstration [link to a new page on website to be detailed later]
 
If you are unfortunate enough to suffer a puncture or require breakdown assistance you can speak to an operator 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling our switchboard on 0121-328 3788.  Alternatively you may contact our Service Department direct between 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 12:00 Saturdays.

Any rental vehicle can be delivered to an address of your choice, anywhere in the UK, providing you have a PFB Credit Account – please contact us for further details.

 

Vehicle & Driver Services 
Any PFB vehicle can be supplied with a qualified helpful driver - chargeable on an hourly basis. All drivers will load and unload the vehicle and are equipped with a mobile phone for instant contact.  LGV, PCV and ADR qualified drivers available.  For further details please contact:

Accident Damage repair
 

PFB offer a full accident damage repair service.
 
Should you be unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident our Accident Damage Coordinator will obtain a repair estimate together with an independent cost report.  We will seek authorisation from you to continue with the repair or, alternatively you may wish to arrange repairs yourself.
