LWB Panel Vans with 9 Seats This vehicle can seat 9 passengers (with seatbelts). There is a separate load area at the rear suitable for luggage / tools etc. Most vehicles are fitted with a tow bar. The most common vehicle in this group is a Volkswagon LT35 Van. This vehicle can be driven on a car licence obtained prior to 01/01/97. Licences obtained after 01/01/97 require D1 qualification.
15 Seat Minibus This vehicle can seat fourteen passengers and driver. All seats are forward facing and are fitted with three point inertia seatbelts. Passengers can enter via the double rear doors or the sliding side door on the nearside. The most common vehicles in this group are Mercedes Sprinter 311CD1 or Volkswagon LT35. This vehicle can be driven on a car licence obtained prior to 01/01/97. Licences obtained after 01/01/97 require D1 qualification.
17 Seat Minibus This vehicle can seat sixteen passengers and driver. All seats are forward facing and are fitted with three point inertia seatbelts. 10 Seat Minibus with Wheelchair Lift This vehicle can seat up to nine passengers plus driver and is built to full Schedule six and seven regulations. Usually up to six of the rear seats can be removed leaving room for up to four wheelchairs. An electric wheelchair lift is fitted at the rear. The most common vehicles in this group are LDV Convoy or Renault Master. This vehicle can be driven on a car licence obtained prior to 01/01/97.
